Support for both landlords and tenants with applications before the Landlord and Tenant Board. Guidance is provided on rights, responsibilities, and the steps involved in the LTB process so clients can make informed decisions.

Small Claims Court (money owed or damage of property, up to $50,000)

Assistance with Ontario Small Claims Court matters from start to finish. Services include reviewing your situation, explaining your legal options, preparing and filing Plaintiff’s Claims or Defences, drafting supporting documents, organizing evidence, and guiding you through court procedures. Support may also include settlement discussions, preparation for hearings or settlement conferences, and ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Notary Public Services - In Person

Mobile notary service is available by appointment in North York and the GTA.

In-person notary public services by appointment. Services include notarizing documents, commissioning affidavits and statutory declarations, certifying true copies of original documents, and verifying identity in accordance with legal requirements. Clients are guided on what to bring and how to prepare their documents before the appointment.

Notary services are provided in person.
